BenQ Qisda Group Wins Twelve Awards at Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Awards

The 16th Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Awards (TCSA), organized by the Taiwan Institute for Sustainable Energy (TAISE), held its award ceremony on November 15. The organizers noted that this year's number of participating companies reached 526, a 24% increase from last year. Over the years, 731 companies have participated, with their annual turnover totaling 140% of Taiwan's GDP in 2022, and their market value accounting for 80% of the total market value of the Taiwan Stock Exchange. This demonstrates that ESG considerations are not only pressures but also driving forces for progress for companies.

Chairman Chen Chih-Hung of BenQ Qisda Group stated that the group actively practices sustainable operations and has received multiple sustainability awards in 2023, covering innovative technology, corporate social responsibility, and sustainable supply chain management. This acknowledgment recognizes the exceptional performance of the group in deepening sustainable operations.

This year, they collectively received a total of nine awards in Chinese and English sustainability reporting, including two platinum, two gold, three silver, and two bronze awards. Each subsidiary has significantly improved its ranking compared to last year, showcasing a proactive response to the demands and expectations of investors, consumers, and other stakeholders in environmental sustainability (E), social welfare (S), and corporate governance (G). This also reveals the results of sustainable corporate development.
