Sustainable Development Committee

Ace Pillar places great importance on sustainable development. To successfully advance the vision of corporate sustainability, Luo Sheng Enterprise integrated relevant departments and established the Sustainable Development Committee in 2023, also known as the ESG Committee. The President serves as the Chairperson, with senior executives serving as committee members. The ESG Task Force is responsible for coordinating and driving cross-departmental corporate sustainable development affairs, and works alongside relevant departments to promote ESG matters. The Sustainable Development Committee convenes meetings on a quarterly basis and regularly reports the progress of sustainable development implementation to the Board of Directors on an annual basis.
