Deployed on flexible lines for racks below 30U. Operators remain fully upright, using a joystick to guide a patented chain track that automatically feeds the strap through the pallet base. Paired with the H-46 battery-powered tool, strapping is completed with one touch, eliminating lower-back injury risks.

2. Automated Production Lines for Racks Over 30U

TRANSPAK Fully Automatic Pallet Strapping Machine (TP-733VLM): Integrated into high-volume, fixed lines for racks over 30U. Once positioned, the system automatically executes multi-stage strapping. A single operator can complete multiple strapping cycles within minutes, utilizing digital tension control to secure heavy-duty racks.
